How Quickly do we ship?
At kipsters Homemade Biscuits we aim to ship as quick as possible but sometimes orders may take up to 5 days - however if you require the order for a specific date please let us know and we will try our best to help.

Delivery charges start from £3.70 - £5.00
over £25 free delivery
We pack all our biscuits and tins in ridged postal boxes so that your order arrives in one
piece and minimises any potential damage during transit.
If for any reason, you are not happy with any of our products and would like to exchange or refund an item, please let us know by e.mail as soon as possible with your order number and reason for exchange/return. Most goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are in their original packaging and in an unused condition. If you return goods to us we will only refund the costs of the goods, we will not refund the costs of postage. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Kipsters Homemade Biscuits will not provide any refund until the goods have been received at our business address in a resalable condition. You should obtain proof of postage from who you use to post back and ideally get it to be signed for as this can be tracked. Kipsters Homemade Biscuits does not accept liability for goods lost in transit back to our business address.
You Have Received The Wrong Item Or Its Damaged
In the unfortunate event that the item you have received does not match the description given when you placed your order or is damaged, please follow the procedure for returns. Money will be refunded via your payment method within 30 days. this returns policy does not effect your statutory rights. Please note all goods returned MUST be unused, in their original packaging and be in saleable condition.

Can I cancel my Order? In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period. If you decide to exercise your consumer rights you will be liable for the cost of the postage to return your goods to the Company. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the Company unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty
